Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a talented 3D Modeler to join our client's interior design team in Gauteng. You will create detailed interior models for residential, commercial, and corporate spaces using Lumion and SketchUp, producing photorealistic renderings.

You will collaborate with designers and clients to translate concepts into accurate visuals, manage textures, lighting, and materials, and deliver timely renderings for presentations and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Modeling, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering for interior design.
• Proficiency in Lumion, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent software.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models of interior spaces (residential, commercial, corporate) using Lumion or equivalent.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to bring design ideas to life.
• Produce accurate visualizations with textures, lighting and materials for space planning and aesthetics.
• Prepare high-quality renderings and virtual walkthroughs for presentations and approvals.
• Revise models based on client feedback to meet expectations.
