Duties & Responsibilities
  • Min 5 years in operations or technical product management.
  • Prior experience working with IFPs, AV Solutions or digital signage.
  • Oversee all operational aspects with focus on product lifecycles, technical support, internal systems, and quality control.
  • Ensure technical documentation, product readiness, staff enablement, and customer onboarding processes are optimally executed across the division.
  • Lead the Product Specialist team.
  • Test all new product samples against approval matrix and sign off.
  • Conduct training for Product Specialists and installers.
  • Digital platform and customer onboarding initiatives.
  • Conduct product quality checks on all new shipments.
  • Maintain and manage inventory.
  • Oversee interactive flat panel assembly line processes.
  • Ensure proper QA and documentation.
  • Set KPIs.
  • Hire staff.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and installations.
Qualifications
  • Matric diploma / degree in Engineering, Operations, IT, or Electronics.
  • Technical certifications – CompTIA A/N, ITIL or equivalent.
