Domain & Soft Skills

• Strong experience in Banking/Financial Services - Payment integration projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and lead technical discussions.

Technical Skills Expected

• IBM Technologies: ACE v11/v12, IIB v9/v10, DataPower, API Connect, MQ.
• Tools: SoapUI, Git/bitbucket, bamboo.
• Cloud & Containerization: IBM Cloud, OpenShift, CP4i.

Integration Design & Development

• design and implement complex integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and WebSphere Message Broker (WMB).
• Design and develop message flows for SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and other protocols.
• Configure and manage IBM MQ components (Queue Managers, Queues, Topics, Channels).

Solution Architecture & Governance

• Define ESB patterns, standards, and best practices for enterprise integration.
• Ensure compliance with SOA principles, security standards (SSL, OAuth), and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting

• Conduct root cause analysis for integration issues and implement fixes.
• Optimize message flows for scalability and reliability.
• Monitor and tune ESB components for high availability.

Deployment & Environment Management

• Manage deployments across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for ESB components using tools like Bamboo and OpenShift.
• Handle MQFTE configurations for secure file transfers.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform unit, integration, and system testing of ESB flows.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes -Agile and quality standards.
