Job description

The Integration Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing integration initiatives across multiple application projects. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing integration solutions to ensure seamless communication between business applications, third-party systems, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, technical expertise in integration patterns, and experience in API development, middleware, and enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Integration Strategy & Architecture
  • Define and implement integration architecture strategies to support enterprise applications.
  • Design integration patterns, workflows, and frameworks to facilitate seamless system communication.
  • Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and align with industry best practices.
Project Execution & Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end integration of enterprise applications, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, development teams, and stakeholders to define integration requirements.
  • Oversee API development, middleware configurations, and data transformation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, data governance, and security standards.
Technical Leadership & Team Management
  • Provide technical leadership to developers, architects, and integration specialists.
  • Review integration designs and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
  • Drive best practices in API management, microservices, and cloud integration.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related discussions with vendors and third-party providers.
  • Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Manage integration dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across projects.

  • Technical Skills
  • Strong expertise in integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO, Apache Camel, WSO2, etc.).
  • Experience with API design, RESTful and SOAP services, and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in middleware technologies and enterprise service buses (ESB).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based integration (Azure Integration Services, AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
  • Hands-on experience with database integration, ETL processes, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and automation in integration development.

Qualifications & Experience
