Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; relevant insurance qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product development, marketing, or a related role within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance markets, customer needs, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, research, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new insurance products.
• Design and develop innovative insurance product concepts, features, and benefits.
• Collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to assess product viability, pricing, and risk parameters.
• Develop product documentation, including policy wordings and marketing materials, in conjunction with legal and marketing departments.
• Manage the product launch process, coordinating efforts across various departments to ensure a successful rollout.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and recommending enhancements or adjustments.
