Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years post-articles experience in insurance litigation or related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage up to 400 active files in both high and magistrate court work.
• Multi languages would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance-related litigation including coverage disputes and bad faith claims.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and other professionals.
