Job summary

Guardrisk invites unemployed South Africans to join a 12-month Learnership programme to obtain an INSETA/SAQA recognised NQF Level 4 qualification. Successful candidates will be employed for twelve months and can pursue career paths in Claims and Operations.

Participants will rotate through classroom sessions and on-the-job training, building a portfolio, completing assessments, and gaining hands-on experience with Guardrisk systems.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or NQF level 4
• Maths 60% or Maths literacy 70%
• English 65%
• Currently unemployed
• Ages 18-35
• No prior participation in a learnership

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in classroom sessions and practical on-the-job training.
• Develop understanding of Guardrisk products, policies, and procedures.
• Compile a portfolio of evidence for SETA submission.
• Maintain detailed logbooks for work-based learning.
• Complete formative and summative assessments to the required proficiency level.
• Utilise Guardrisk systems and processes to ensure efficient workflow.
