  • pmAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented individual to join our Broker Services team.

The role focuses on providing exceptional support to brokers and intermediaries by managing insurance-related enquiries, policy administration, and maintaining high service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide telephonic and email support to brokers, authorised representatives, and the broker services team.Handle general insurance and policy-specific enquiries promptly and professionally.Manage the full policy lifecycle, including new business issuance, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.Assist in resolving insurance queries within defined turnaround times and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Conduct follow-ups on cancelled policies to identify reasons and assist in policy retention.Adjust premiums in line with updated asset values or policy details.Manage broker and client expectations regarding service turnaround times.Ensure all underwriting criteria and regional requirements are met.Support brokers in identifying suitable products and cover options that meet clients' needs.Contribute to process improvements and assist in implementing service solutions.Provide backup support for Consultants during peak periods, absences, or leave.

RequirementsMinimum Education : Grade 12 / Matric (Insurance or Finance qualification advantageous).

Experience : 2+ years' experience in short‑term insurance administration or broker support role.Knowledge : Strong understanding of policy administration, underwriting, and insurance products.Skills : Excellent communication (verbal & written)Strong customer service and relationship management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficient in MS Office and insurance administration systems
