  • Review and embed company policies to align with regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with Legal and Operational teams to investigate compliance breaches.
  • Conduct training to build a compliance-conscious workforce.
  • Drive reporting of compliance results, identifying trends and recommending actions.

The Opportunity

Youll play a key role in developing monitoring and reporting on compliance programmes that ensure full adherence to the Companies Act FAIS the Insurance Acts FIC Act and related legislation. This role goes beyond ticking boxes its about influencing culture guiding decision-makers and ensuring the business operates with transparency and ethical intent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop implement and maintain an effective Compliance Monitoring Programme across the business.
  • Review update and embed company policies procedures and Codes of Conduct to align with changing regulatory requirements.
  • Advise senior management on compliance risks regulatory updates and governance matters.
  • Partner with Legal Risk and Operational teams to investigate and resolve compliance breaches.
  • Conduct ongoing training and awareness programmes to build a compliance-conscious workforce.
