Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent; a relevant diploma or certification in insurance or claims handling is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Insurance Claims Assessor or in a closely related role.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in assessments.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for inspections within the Paarl region.
