PSG Konsult Ltd. in Potchefstroom is seeking an Insure Adviser Assistant to provide office and administrative support to the Insure Adviser. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a professional attitude to handle calls, appointments, files, and general administration.

Requirements include Grade 12, computer literacy (MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook), and 7–10 years’ experience in financial services. Underwriting and claims experience is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Answering/redirecting all incoming calls and taking messages
• Arrange appointments with client or prospects on behalf of the Adviser
• Prepare prospective client files as needed
• General office management assistance
• Receive, direct and relay messages via phone/email
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

• Receiving, distributing, and processing all incoming and outgoing mail
