The role emphasizes instructional design, digital learning, stakeholder collaboration and quality control, with 2–5 years' experience and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and modern e-learning tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in learning content development.
• Experience developing structured training material end-to-end.
• Strong written English and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear content.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and SMEs.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop training material for operational, leadership, compliance and behavioural learning.
• Convert processes, SOPs, policies into clear learning content.
• Create facilitator guides, learner manuals, workbooks and assessments.
• Develop structured learning journeys for different employee groups.
• Create onboarding content and refresher material; ensure engagement.
• Develop digital learning content for modules, videos and quizzes.
• Collaborate with Training Managers, Operations and HR to gather requirements.
• Review and maintain content, ensuring current policies and best practices.
