Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with institutional clients (pension funds, insurers, corporates).
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the institutional market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised investment proposals and product solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to trustees, investment committees, and executives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic positioning.
Requirements
  • MBA from an accredited institution
  • Actuarial qualification (e.g. FASSA or equivalent)
  • CFA preferred
  • RE5 certification advantageous
