Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience within a call center environment.
  • At least 3 years' experience at supervisory level.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality processes and service delivery during installations.
  • Manage installation quality standards and compliance.

Skills

Computer literate (MS Office and Outlook)
Valid South African Driver's licence
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Education

Relevant National Diploma in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Business Management or related field
Tertiary qualification or Degree in Automotive Electronics or a related field
