A leading security solutions provider in Polokwane is seeking a Security Installation Technician to install alarms, CCTV, and other security products. Candidates must have a Matric certificate, valid Driver's license, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will possess alarm and CCTV certifications, with additional PSIRA and SAIDSA certifications being beneficial. A competitive salary of up to R18000 is offered, along with provident fund, medical aid, and performance bonuses.

Job description

SECURITY INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Overview : Installation of alarms, CCTV and various security products for industrial and financial institutes including maintenance, due to the nature of clients a clear criminal and credit record in not negotiable

Duties :

• Installation of CCTV, Alarms, Access Control and all security products.
• Compliance with the installation standard required as per client's agreement.
• Maintenance / fault finding for all the company’s products.
• Stock control.
• Completion of job cards.

Experience and Requirements :

• Matric certificate.
• Valid Driver’s licence.
• 3 years’ relevant experience
• Alarm certification
• CCTV certification
• PSIRA and SAIDSA certification will be beneficial.

Remuneration :

• Basic Salary : Up to R18000 negotiable per month depending on experience
• Provident fund : 5% Employer contribution and 5% Employee contribution
