Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Installation Services Director to join our team. The purpose of this position is to lead the development, implementation, and review of the installations services strategy to ensure achievement of strategic objectives within stipulated timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a comprehensive installation strategy to guide the Installations Services department
  • Implement a business plan that enables the achievement of the departmental strategy for Installations Services
  • Establish quality and performance standards for the Installations Services department
  • Set service standards and define reporting mechanisms to assist the department in achieving its objectives
  • Foster effective cross-functional relationships through sharing of relevant information to support all departments in achieving their strategic objectives
  • Cultivate financial management practices across the department to optimize asset utilization and minimize costs
  • Continuously scan the environment for potential opportunities to grow the business in line with stakeholder expectations
  • Prepare a complete and optimized budget for the Product installation department
  • Ensure the successful achievement of all financial targets and goals
  • Direct installation practices to ensure alignment with cost management framework (customer service, parts, admin, and finance)
  • Develop and implement performance management standards for staff within the Installations Services department
  • Develop appropriate standards, policies, and procedures to govern departmental activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post Graduate Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Management Development Programme will be advantageous
  • PSIRA (Grade A) Compulsory
  • Minimum 5 years senior management experience, preferably within a high-volume customer-facing field service operational environment
