Job description

Our client, a well established Electrical Contractor, seeks to employ an installation electrician with a 3‑phase wireman’s license for their projects team across construction, maintenance, renewable energy, and industrial installations.

Please note that this role requires a candidate with a trade test and a 3‑phase wireman’s license, with the ability to work on site and travel to sites across the Cape region.

Key Requirements to Meet for Consideration

• You have completed a trade test as an electrician, coupled with a Wireman’s License and 2‑3 years experience in the construction and/or reticulation electrical sector.
• You have broad knowledge of electrical projects from automation to renewable energy, infrastructure reticulation, high mast lighting, and construction/residential electrical, and a proven track record delivering the highest quality of work.
• You can read and interpret Site Plans, Single Line Diagrams, Electrical Schematics, General Arrangements and implement this onsite with minimal supervision or support.
• You have experience in adherence to and compliance with construction and electrical safety and legislation.
• You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car, and a clear criminal and credit record.
