Placements24 is seeking an inspiring Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to lead a class of 3–5-year-olds in Mahikeng. You will design and deliver a dynamic EYFS curriculum, creating a nurturing environment where children can develop foundational skills across cognitive, social, emotional and physical domains.

Qualifications

• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE) with a specialization in Early Years.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and effective pedagogy.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and challenging learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Assess children's progress through observation and documented work, providing constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development and progress.
• Foster positive behavior and social skills among students, promoting an inclusive classroom culture.
