Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control tests, ensuring that raw materials, in-process components, and finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity, safety, and compliance across the production process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Quality Testing of raw materials (sand, paint, polymer, and steel)
• Verification of Certificates of Analysis of raw materials
• Verification of paint components
• Accessory Forming Quality Control Inspections
• Tile forming Quality Control Inspections
• Metal pre‑treatment testing
• Monitoring and testing of In‑process and Finished Products conformance to specifications and customer requirements
• Identification and reporting of non‑conforming products and raw materials as per works instructions
• Defects identification, reporting to relevant parties and recording as per works instructions
• Chemical Stock Management
• Ensure calibration and verification of measuring equipment
• Maintain the Calibration Register
• Raising NCR's, Deviations and Concessions
• Ensure SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) and housekeeping compliance
• Report any SHEQ incident / accidents immediately as per the SHE system
• Uses / ensures the PPE required for the specific tasks or working conditions are used by subordinates
• Performs tasks assigned in the SHEQ system
