We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control tests, ensuring that raw materials, in-process components, and finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity, safety, and compliance across the production process.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Quality Testing of raw materials (sand, paint, polymer, and steel)
- Verification of Certificates of Analysis of raw materials
- Verification of paint components
- Accessory Forming Quality Control Inspections
- Tile forming Quality Control Inspections
- Metal pre‑treatment testing
- Monitoring and testing of In‑process and Finished Products conformance to specifications and customer requirements
- Identification and reporting of non‑conforming products and raw materials as per works instructions
- Defects identification, reporting to relevant parties and recording as per works instructions
- Chemical Stock Management
- Ensure calibration and verification of measuring equipment
- Maintain the Calibration Register
- Raising NCR's, Deviations and Concessions
- Ensure SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) and housekeeping compliance
- Report any SHEQ incident / accidents immediately as per the SHE system
- Uses / ensures the PPE required for the specific tasks or working conditions are used by subordinates
