The Role

We’re looking for a new Insights Analyst Lead to join us on a permanent basis. In this role you will create value for clients through driving actionable recommendations from our tools and deliver best in class insights, while managing a team to do the same.

Key Accountabilities – what we expect from you
  • Utilize our full suite of tools for a dedicated set of CPG clients within an assigned category, including large/strategically important ones.
  • Build strong insights, stories, and projects, demonstrating value and driving enhanced usage and renewal of tools.
  • Effectively analyze data and trends to identify key focus areas for clients presently and in future.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Capability counterparts in different geographical locations to recommend relevant insights for CPGs and optimize projects accordingly.
  • Responsible for workplan delivery for your categories ensuring efficient, effective delivery against it and measurable value creation reporting.
  • Liaise with clients through supporting presentation of insights and scoping relevant project briefs.
  • Lead a team of Insights Analysts responsible for their deliveries by effectively guiding and mentoring them.
  • Participate in initiatives that create and drive efficient best practices.
  • Support Insight Analyst Manager to champion and drive best practices across your own and wider Insights team.
  • Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business.
What we’re looking for
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence working with data and insights.
  • A process-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complexity.
  • Comfortable summarizing findings, preparing briefs, and presenting recommendations.
  • Resilient, curious, and ready to learn.
  • Background in retail, retail analytics or CPG is preferred, but success comes more from mindset than industry experience.
  • Experience in management and the ability to lead, coach and develop a high performing team.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with cross functional teams in different geographical locations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject.
