Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, a South Africa–based sales agency, is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across SA. In this Inside Sales role you own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while representing Blacksmith to potential clients.

You'll use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
