Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. In this Inside Sales role you will research accounts, identify decision makers and book meetings, forming the first impression of Blacksmith with potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality. Remote-friendly position.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Gritty, curious and coachable

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
