As Inside Sales Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Ability to write clearly and personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Proficient in Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
