Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel—researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking discovery calls.

You will craft outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, while maintaining Salesforce/SalesLoft records and collaborating with the sales team. The role requires 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus, and strong written communication with the ability to personalize

About The Role

As Inside Sales Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

What You Bring
