Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outbound outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Qualificações

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

About The Role
