Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers.

You will use LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to run thoughtful outbound sequences, build accurate contact lists and maintain clean CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role with SaaS or agency experience preferred.
• Ability to personalize outreach and craft compelling messages.
• Familiarity with outbound tools used for prospecting.
• Comfortable managing a Salesforce-based pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
