What you\'ll do

You’ll start with intensive training through our Go-to-Market Academy, learning practical sales skills from experienced mentors. From there, you’ll take on real-world responsibilities, building towards leadership opportunities within two years.

  • Learn how the FinTech & SaaS industries work across global markets
  • Research, identify, and reach out to high-value target accounts
  • Engage decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Secure meetings and demos for senior sales teams
  • Join client meetings and contribute to go-to-market campaigns
  • Continuously refine your sales approach with support from experienced leaders
Qualifications
  • University graduate (any discipline)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role (sales, client service, or similar)
  • Strong interest in tech, startups, and sales
  • High energy, curiosity, and persistence
  • Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable speaking to senior executives
  • Based in Cape Town or open to relocating
  • South African citizen
