Akiba Digital is seeking a B2B Inside Sales Representative to generate leads and manage client relationships. Role Summary
As a B2B Inside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads , closing SMB and mid-market clients , and supporting enterprise sales efforts through strategic outreach and follow-ups. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a frictionless client experience across the funnel.
This is a quota-carrying role that requires a bias for action , excellent communication skills , and a proven ability to build trust and urgency in client conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify prospects through outbound calls, email, and social selling
Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups with qualified leads
Feed client feedback into Product and Marketing teams
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, deals closed, MRR growth)
Who You Are
2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech
Curious, coachable, and committed to learning
Exposure to financial services, RegTech, or digital onboarding / KYC
