As we continue to expand internationally, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team in South Africa.
The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving client growth by engaging with potential clients, overcoming objections, and closing new business.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and thrives in a results-driven environment.
You'll be responsible for nurturing leads, understanding client needs, and positioning Magnolia's services as the solution to their challenges.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Effectively overcome objections and close deals with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain a deep understanding of Magnolia's services, pricing, and client value proposition.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Maintain detailed CRM records for all leads and client communications.
Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Provide ongoing feedback on lead quality and sales process improvements.
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in professional services, finance, or consulting.
Exceptional objection-handling skills and the ability to close deals under pressure.
Extreme attention to detail— must document all activity accurately and follow process.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with an American or neutral accent preferred.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and accountability in a remote environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace).
Availability to work U.S. hours (CST / EST) when required.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain a 90%+ accuracy rate in CRM data entry.
Demonstrate professionalism and persistence in following up with prospects.
