Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is seeking an Inside Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients and drive pipeline.

As an SDR, you will manage your own outbound sequences, maintain accurate data in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert interest into qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalization skills.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM.

• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.

• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
