Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a plastic injection moulding factory.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a production management or similar senior role.
• South African Citizen with a Code 08 driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations and schedules.
• Lead and coach production staff.
• Oversee injection moulding machine settings.
• Monitor key metrics: scrap %, cycle time, absenteeism.
• Drive continuous improvement across production areas.
• Collaborate with Quality to resolve non-conformances.
