The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical engineering recruitment, strong organizational skills, and an ability to leverage various sourcing strategies. Qualifications

  • Generalist with strong track record recruiting Technical Engineering and Managerial roles.
  • Five years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process.
  • Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to create and review accurate engaging job specifications.
  • Manage all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Schedule interviews, draft questions and other recruiting events.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial candidate assessments.

We are dedicated to delivering innovative high-quality modular solutions to our clients across various part of our commitment to exceptional customer service and ongoing support we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced In‑house Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Bedfordview office.

The incumbent will be responsible for all in‑house recruitment activities across the organisation. The ideal candidate must be generalist in nature but with a strong track record focused on technical engineering roles. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining job profiles, managing end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, building and sustaining a strong talent pipeline and serving as a Company brand ambassador in the talent market. The role also involves candidate engagement and negotiation as well as the identification, implementation and management of recruitment systems and tools to support efficient hiring processes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills and a proactive approach to sourcing and talent engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Job Specification Management: Collaborate with department heads to create and review accurate engaging job specifications that align with organisational goals and role expectations.
  • Recruitment: Manage all stages of the recruitment process. Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization. Create exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top‑performing employees. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
  • Administrative duties: Schedule interviews, draft questions and other recruiting events.
  • Pipeline management: Proactively source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media and internal referral. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
  • Support Platform Management: Source and maintain support platforms and constantly seek improvement possibilities.
  • Screening & Interview Coordination: Screen applicants and conduct initial candidate assessments. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Provide feedback and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Generalist with strong track record recruiting Technical Engineering and Managerial roles.
  • Five years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process.
  • Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative.
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
