The incumbent will be responsible for all in-house recruitment activities across the organisation. The ideal candidate must be generalist in nature but with a strong track record focused on technical engineering roles. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining job profiles, managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, building and sustaining a strong talent pipeline, and serving as a Company brand ambassador in the talent market. The role also involves candidate engagement and negotiation, as well as the identification, implementation, and management of recruitment systems and tools to support efficient hiring processes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and talent engagement.
