Job summary

A leading managed services provider in Cape Town seeks an Infrastructure Engineer responsible for maintaining and enhancing infrastructure services. This role includes providing 3rd-line support, managing Windows Server and Azure environments, and participating in infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience in systems engineering and strong skills in networking and Microsoft administration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Infrastructure / Systems Engineering within MSP or multi‑tenant environments.
• Strong experience in Windows Server and Microsoft administration.
• Good understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP and VLANs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd‑line escalation support for incidents and service requests.
• Maintain and support Windows Server and Azure environments.
• Participate in planning and delivering infrastructure upgrade projects.
