Job summary

Main job function

To provide comprehensive cost management, financial planning and analysis. And information management in support of both infrastructure projects and technical operations. The roles also include the supervision of administrative support functions, ensuring effective financial governance, operational efficiency and informed decision making within the infrastructure department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and support process improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the information department.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and control related to cost management, documentation, and information systems.
  • Conduct critical cost analysis and provide strategic advice to management on project expenditure and repairs and maintain costs.
  • Delivering cost engineering services, including cost estimation, forecasting, and lifecycle cost analysis, to support infrastructure planning and execution.
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Studies
  • Data engineering, data analysis, or business intelligence qualifications.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 5 years’ experience in cost control
  • 5 years of experience in financial administration
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Cost control with supervisory financial administrative experience
  • Experience in cost and financial analysis of project lifecycles is advantageous
  • Experience in investment projects and asset management procedures
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
