A leading healthcare organization is seeking a financial management professional to oversee cost control and financial planning for infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in cost control and financial administration. This role emphasizes governance, efficiency, and strategic financial advice in a dynamic environment.
To provide comprehensive cost management, financial planning and analysis, and information management in support of both infrastructure projects and technical operations. The role also includes the supervision of administrative support functions, ensuring effective financial governance, operational efficiency, and informed decision‑making within the Infrastructure Department.
Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel with Power Query)
Experience in SAP ERP
Application of Finance and cost administration principles
Data interpretation, analytical and statistical skills
Ability to work with high levels of detail
Understanding of asset management processes (buildings & equipment)
