Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising financial processes and providing strategic cost analysis. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and at least 5 years of experience in cost control and financial administration. Qualifications

Main Purpose of Job

To provide comprehensive cost management, financial planning and analysis, and information management in support of both infrastructure projects and technical operations. The role also includes the supervision of administrative support functions, ensuring effective financial governance, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making within the Infrastructure Department.

Key Responsibility Areas
  • Drive and support process improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Infrastructure Department.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and control related to cost management, documentation, and information systems.
  • Supervise and administer financial and documentation processes related to infrastructure projects and technical operations.
  • Conduct critical cost analysis and provide strategic advice to management on project expenditure and repairs, and maintenance costs.
  • Deliver cost engineering services, including cost estimation, forecasting, and lifecycle cost analysis, to support infrastructure planning and execution.
Required Education

Essential Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Studies

Desired Education

  • Data engineering, data analysis, and/or business intelligence qualifications, in addition to essential education
Required Experience

Essential Minimum Experience

  • 5 years of experience in cost control.
  • 5 years of experience in financial administration.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience

Desired Experience

  • Cost control with supervisory financial administrative experience.
  • Experience in cost and financial analysis of project lifecycles is advantageous.
  • Experience in investment projects and asset management procedures.
