Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive cost management, financial planning and analysis and information management in support of both infrastructure projects and technical operations.
  • The role includes the supervision of administrative support functions to ensure effective financial governance, operational efficiency, and informed decision making.
  • Drive and support process improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the infrastructure department.
  • Ensure governance compliance and control related to cost management.
  • Supervise and administer financial and documentation processes.
  • Conduct critical cost analysis and provide strategic advice to management on project expenditure.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • B.Eng or B. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, data engineering, data analysis, and/or business intelligence qualifications would be great.
  • 3 years in cost control.
  • 3 years in financial administration.
  • 2 years supervisory experience.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency.
  • Application of finance and cost administration principles.
  • Data interpretation, analytical and statistical skills.
  • Ability to work with high levels of detail.
  • Understand asset management processes.
