SybaWeb Job Listing : IT Support / Systems Technician (Intermediate)

We are seeking a motivated IT Support / Systems Technician to join our growing team. The role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience who is eager to grow into infrastructure, cloud, or security specializations.

Successful candidates will be based full-time at a client site, providing dedicated support to users and systems, and will also provide on‑site support at a secondary client location once or twice per week as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second‑line support via the Service Desk (tickets, calls, and escalations).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Support and manage Microsoft (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Assist with Active Directory / Entra ID user account creation, permissions, and password resets.
  • Use RMM tools (Remote Monitoring & Management) to monitor endpoints, push updates, and resolve alerts.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, and endpoint security.
  • Manage and maintain ESET Protect for endpoint protection, security policies, and malware remediation.
  • Perform routine system monitoring, patching, and updates.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining clear documentation.
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi‑Fi, switches, VPN, Firewall, access points).
  • Maintain asset registers and ensure IT equipment is correctly deployed and tracked.
  • Deliver onsite support at the primary client site and visit a secondary client once per week.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years in IT support or systems administration.
  • Relevant certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA, Microsoft Fundamentals, or MCSA.
  • Hands‑on experience with Service Desk / Ticketing systems, Microsoft administration, RMM tools, and Microsoft Intune (or similar MDM platforms).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Server, and basic networking.
