Overview

We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a dynamic technology team driving innovation across global retail and onboard operations. You'll act as the crucial link between IT, business users, and partners — providing hands‑on support, troubleshooting complex issues, and helping to deliver smooth technology rollouts across retail environments.

What You'll Do
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for retail and onboard technology systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS, data integration, reporting, and hardware.
  • Support new system deployments, including configuration, testing, training, and onboard setup (occasional travel required).
  • Create and maintain knowledge documentation, ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and retail users to continuously improve system reliability and performance.
  • Apply ITIL best practices to incident, problem, and change management processes.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in retail technology support (POS, stock management, or transactional systems).
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, multiple data sources).
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Bonus Skills

Additional Experience
