Job Description: The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in planning, coordinating, and executing client-facing technical projects across Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS). This position is responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations and ITS standards. Project Managers serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving performance, collaboration, and customer satisfaction across the full project lifecycle. They proactively mitigate risks, coordinate technical teams, and ensure all project efforts contribute to high-impact, reliable, and optimized solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Project Ownership & Execution: Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for a variety of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, Microsoft migrations, and cloud solutions.
  • Create and manage project schedules, task assignments, budgets, and communications using internal tools and templates.
  • Monitor and drive progress on key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and ensuring proactive communication.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment across technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Coordinators, Engineers, Client Success, and other departments to ensure smooth execution and handoffs.
  • Team Leadership & Risk Management: Manage technical and support teams assigned to projects, ensuring clear task ownership and accountability.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks; escalated issues appropriately.
  • Ensure that internal standards, processes, and quality benchmarks are followed throughout each engagement.
  • Success Metrics: Projects delivered on time, within budget, and with clear communication to all stakeholders.
  • Clients report high satisfaction with project outcomes and communication.
  • Risks and scope changes are identified and managed proactively.
  • Collaboration across departments is smooth and efficient.
  • Project documentation is complete, organized, and consistent with ITS standards.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical project deployments in an MSP, IT services, or equivalent fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scope and complexity.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (especially Microsoft ), and deployment lifecycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Moovila, ConnectWise Manage, or equivalent platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft environments, SharePoint / OneDrive migrations, Azure, and related technologies.
  • Experience developing project charters, statements of work (SOWs), or implementation plans.
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile / Scrum credentials are a plus.
KPI Metrics
  • Project Progress Index – Tracks milestone completion rates to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Budget Utilization Rate – Measures how effectively budgeted hours and resources are used across active projects.
  • Client Satisfaction Scores – Based on project closeout surveys and qualitative feedback on communication and outcomes.
  • System Performance Improvement Rate – Reflects the technical impact of infrastructure or cloud deployments post‑project.
  • Team Collaboration Effectiveness – Based on feedback from project contributors and cross‑departmental partners.
  • Risk Mitigation Progress – Measures identification, documentation, and resolution of known project risks.
Requirements
  • A home office set up that meets the following: Computer – A working computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and one of the following: Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5 or series or newer, or macOS 12 or newer; Internet – Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds; Audio Equipment – A quality headset with a noise‑cancellation feature for meetings; Mobile Device – A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app; Webcam – An HD webcam for video calls.
  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview).
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
  • Able to work full time 40 hrs.
  • Work schedule: 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM PST (Monday to Friday).
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
