As an IT Engineer at Enterprise Outsourcing, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and innovative IT services to our clients.
Working in a fast-paced helpdesk and service-delivery environment, you'll combine technical expertise with a strong customer-service focus to resolve issues, optimise systems, and maintain client satisfaction.
From handling daily support requests to implementing long-term infrastructure improvements, you will be part of the team that keeps client operations running smoothly.
Analyzing and classifying service requests, ensuring correct prioritisation and escalation.
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues across Microsoft and Linux environments.
Configuring and supporting infrastructure including Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, firewalls, and endpoint security.
Installing and maintaining desktops, laptops, and mobile platforms.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
Identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and supporting upgrades.
Travelling to client sites as needed and providing on-site technical support.
Staying current with the latest technologies and applying them to client environments.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful and adaptable IT professional with a strong technical foundation and a passion for problem-solving.
Specifically, you bring :
Additional certifications such as MCITP, MSCE, A+ and N+.
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Information Technology are highly valued.
Working knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, Linux, VMware, VEEAM, and networking concepts.
Experience with troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, email services, and endpoint protection.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset.
The ability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 support environment.
Flexibility to work shifts and travel to client sites when required.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Salary will be competitive and based on several factors, but not limited to, experience, education, certifications, training and skill level.
