Job description

We’re Super Group, a NYSE‑listed digital gaming company behind leading sports and iGaming brands, including Betway and Jackpot City. This role is for an Information Security Project Manager who will drive the execution of our Chief Information Security Officer’s strategic agenda.

What you’ll do
  • Own and maintain the end‑to‑end information security programme plan, covering all active projects and workstreams.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions across the security portfolio.
  • Establish and enforce project governance standards, reporting cadences, and escalation paths.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment across security, IT, engineering, legal, and business teams.
  • Run structured sprint and delivery reviews, holding teams accountable to commitments without micromanaging.
  • Identify and unblock impediments, escalating to the CISO where needed.
  • Prepare and deliver concise status reporting, dashboards, and briefings for the CISO and senior leadership.
  • Translate complex security initiatives into clear, outcome‑focused communications for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Track and communicate portfolio‑level risks, issues, and interdependencies to enable fast, informed decisions.
  • Set and defend aggressive but achievable delivery timelines, managing scope creep.
  • Introduce lightweight delivery frameworks (agile, kanban, or hybrid) appropriate to the security programme context.
  • Continuously monitor delivery metrics and act on early warning signals.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, coordinating across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • Build trusted working relationships, encouraging honest, direct conversations about progress and performance.
What you’ll bring
  • Clear, confident communication skills – written and verbal.
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.
  • Adaptability in fast‑moving environments.
  • At least two years’ experience managing multi‑workstream projects in a security, IT, or technology environment.
  • A track record of delivering at pace without sacrificing quality.
  • Outstanding stakeholder‑management skills – align senior executives and hands‑on engineers in the same conversation.
  • Strong command of programme and project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of information security domains (identity, vulnerability management, cloud security, GRC, SOC).
Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
  • In‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions.
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
  • Recognised project or programme management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or SAFe).
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership team.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar security frameworks.
  • Experience in regulated industries (financial services, gaming, or similar), especially across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Hands‑on use of project‑management tooling (Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or equivalent).
  • Background in information security, cyber risk, or technology risk, complementing your project‑management expertise.
What you’ll get back
  • Learning and development programmes that offer tools, training and opportunities to grow quickly.
  • Performance tools for meaningful feedback and career development.
  • Employee Assistance Programme with resources for you and your family.
  • A supportive work environment that values innovation, integrity, and collaboration.
