Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead the security program from Kimberley, with hybrid work and remote capabilities. The role focuses on risk management, compliance, and protecting sensitive data across the enterprise.

You will develop and maintain security policies, manage a security team, and coordinate with auditors and regulators. A master’s degree and relevant certifications are required to drive the organization’s security strategy at a senior level.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Security, CS, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8+ years in information security, with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience developing and managing comprehensive security programs.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and compliance.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience with incident response, BCM and disaster recovery planning.
• Ability to manage distributed teams in a hybrid work environment.
• CISSP, CISM or CRISC certifications are essential.

Key Responsibilities
