Information Analyst PositionOnline Intelligence (Pty) Ltd is the leading supplier of Enterprise Risk Solutions (ERS) across the African continent.

We currently have a vacancy for an Information Analyst based at our Pretoria offices.

Responsibilities

• Support in various projects as required.
• Information collection: Identification of data sources internally and externally, daily data collection, liaison with governmental organisations, and representation on relevant forums.
• Data clean‑up and importation: Facilitation of data clean‑up, importation of data sets, and data quality assurance.
• Create application queries, scheduled reports, notifications, alerts, dashboards, etc. as required by the client.
• Report development and writing as per client requests.
• Conduct analysis to identify specific threats and risks, predict future data trends, and develop countermeasures and best practices.
• Tactical crime analysis: Profiling and link‑chart development.
• Provide support and enhance business intelligence available to the operational teams.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain work‑related records and prepare reports.
• Ability to handle confidential and secret information.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge and working experience on Windows Outlook and Internet.
• Quick learner on software applications.
• Effective planning, organisation, multitasking, report writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• No criminal record and a lifestyle that can withstand intense vetting and clearance scrutiny.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• South African Citizen.
