About Us

We are a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a talented Influencer Coordinator to join our marketing team.

Role Overview

The Influencer Coordinator will be responsible for managing our current influencer relationships, sourcing and onboarding new influencers, and ensuring that all influencer campaigns are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with current influencers.
  • Oversee all ongoing influencer campaigns, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Source, vet, and recruit new influencers that align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Coordinate influencer briefs, content guidelines, and campaign expectations.
  • Monitor influencer posts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Track campaign performance and report on KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and deliverables with influencers and agencies.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and emerging influencer platforms.
  • Assist in managing brand social media posts and content calendars.
  • Create short‑form content (e.g., TikTok videos) when needed to support campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends and influencer culture.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in influencer management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting.
Preferred / Advantageous
  • Ability to create and edit TikTok videos and other short‑form content.
  • Experience managing brand social media posts and scheduling.
  • Experience working with influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of influencer contracts and FTC guidelines.
  • Network of influencer contacts in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, fitness industry.
