Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in infant care or as an early childhood educator specializing in infants.
• Certification in infant CPR and First Aid.
• Strong knowledge of infant development stages and best practices.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience, warmth, and a genuine love for caring for babies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and responsive care to infants, meeting their individual needs for feeding, changing, and comfort.
• Implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory, motor, and cognitive development.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment, adhering strictly to all health and safety protocols.
• Observe infants' behavior and development, documenting key milestones and communicating any concerns to parents.
• Establish and maintain warm, trusting relationships with infants and their families.
