Our Demand Planning/ Forecasting team drives efficiency and excellence in delivering AGCO products and services. We are hiring an Industry Analyst APA, whereby the candidate would be responsible for creating and maintaining reports that provide insights and analysis on the performance of the organization, with focus on the APA region. This includes collecting and analyzing industry and company specific data, creating reports and dashboards, and working with cross‑functional teams to understand and communicate key metrics.

Your Impact
  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to produce accurate, informative reports.
  • Work with process owners and business partners to gather and document business requirements for performance analysis reporting.
  • Manage regional (APA) and selected global data exchanges with external partners, including routine monthly reporting and ensuring master data integrity in internal systems.
  • Develop and automate regular reporting processes in coordination with other functions.
  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders, and present findings to relevant departments.
  • Support the global retail database through data sourcing, consolidation, and content management.
  • Continuously monitor report accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
  • Update industry forecasts as new data emerges and manage monthly and quarterly forecast cycles, sharing updates with stakeholders.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks related to industry data, including actuals and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with IT project teams to communicate business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and help identify suitable solutions.
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information science, data management, computer science, marketing or related field preferred.
  • Affinity to work with numbers and analytic skills
  • A technically oriented and problem‑solving mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • 2 – 3 years’ work experience in data analysis preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills a must
  • Ideally experience with SAP, MS Access, Tableau, Alteryx and other databases
  • Good knowledge of English a must (written and spoken)
