You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive sanitation programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. This position requires on-site presence to effectively manage teams, conduct inspections, and coordinate daily operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation schedules and procedures.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of sanitation workers, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and production areas to identify and rectify sanitation issues.
• Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Ensure compliance with all industry-specific regulations and company policies related to hygiene and safety.
• Investigate and resolve sanitation-related complaints or incidents promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance departments to integrate sanitation efforts seamlessly.
• Oversee waste management and pest control programs.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sanitation performance, compliance, and improvement initiatives.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sanitation effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sanitation Manager or in a similar supervisory role within an industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, health, and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, OSHA standards).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sanitation programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
