Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical instructions and diagrams.
• Strong safety awareness and housekeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various production machines (e.g., presses, lathes, assembly lines).
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Read and interpret production orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
• Inspect finished products for quality defects against standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized area with good housekeeping.
• Report machinery malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor.
